INSTRUCTOR EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATIONS

What qualifies you to help founders and small businesses?

My approach comes from real-world experience across multiple perspectives:

15+ years as a fractional COO and strategic partner I've worked directly with founders scaling from 6 to 7+ figures, experiencing firsthand the challenges of growth and the systems that actually work in practice.

Former institutional finance background 9+ years at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup & Merrill Lynch As a trading compliance officer managing risk, rules, and complex processes, I learned that the right structure creates freedom, not limitations. This experience taught me how to build frameworks that scale.

12+ years as adjunct professor at NYU Teaching leadership, marketing, finance, people ops, and business development has helped me translate complex concepts into practical, learnable frameworks for diverse audiences.

Cross-industry experience I've developed and implemented frameworks across aerospace, consumer brands, professional services (insurance, finance, marketing), wellness, nutrition, and even artisan baking. This breadth gives me insight into what works universally versus what needs industry-specific adaptation.

Personal scaling experience I've built and scaled my own businesses, including managing the ultimate test: running a practice while simultaneously being a full-time patient during a rare, aggressive cancer diagnosis. This taught me the critical importance of systems that work even when you can't be "hands-on" every day.
